Our Investment Approach

Small Cap businesses rapidly change and evolve with little to no analyst coverage or investor awareness. We are consistently scanning for special situations and developments for our next investment opportunity.

All investment ideas begin with fundamental analysis to model a true business valuation. The majority of pitches do not make it beyond the valuation phase given our strict requirements for projected free cash flow.

A cornerstone to our investment approach is a belief in strong management teams. The Fund makes concentrated investments while maintaining direct access to our portfolio management teams.

We generally maintain holdings in portfolio companies for 2 to 3 years. However, our team dynamically sizes allocations in response to shifting portfolio needs and the richness of the opportunity set.
